The Challenge: Establishing Monster Pops as a Dominant Player in the Market

With a product that is 55% bigger than competitors, our goal was to elevate Monster Pops to the forefront of the market. We needed to effectively promote this brand on a social media channel that had no existing following, while minimizing reliance on fleeting trends.

Our Strategy: Build Brand Recognition through a Strategic, High-Energy Launch

In 2024, we launched Budget Saverโ€™s Monster Pops social presence from scratch. Drawing on audience insights from Budget Saver's Twin Pops, we leaned into the bold tagline โ€œKind of a Huge Deal,โ€ which served as our rallying cry. We implemented this across a range of creative assets, from digital ads to web design and a completely revamped website, timed to capitalize on the high-demand summer season. We created a fast-paced social campaign that balanced trend-hitting content with original storylines, refining our targeting based on real-time feedback.

We focused on storytelling and trend engagement to gather valuable audience insights. Midway through the campaign, we noticed that the algorithm favored video views over follower growth, prompting us to pivot our strategy and allocate resources toward maximizing video engagement. This adjustment yielded incredible results, significantly boosting visibility and interaction.
