The Challenge: Increasing Reward Redemptions Through App Engagement

Murphy USAโ€™s Rewards Members were consistently earning points by entering their numbers at the pump or counter, but few were redeeming them for rewards. To address this, we needed to drive app engagement and encourage members to redeem their points. The solution? A high-stakes sweepstakes, offering the chance to win a Kawasaki Teryx KRX Trail Edition and gas for an entire year, all by redeeming points in the app.

We focused on building a dynamic, adrenaline-fueled campaign to excite our audience. With limited imagery of the prize, we designed bold, energetic graphics that captured the thrill of winning. The creative emphasized the ease of redeeming points and guided users through the process of earning and redeeming in-app rewards.

The result? The campaign not only significantly boosted reward redemptions but also increased overall sales and grew the audience by over 500%. This success laid the groundwork for future campaigns with Murphy USA, cementing our approach as both effective and scalable.
